Come to the Beauty Fair by Group!

Groups are the most practical, safest, and economic alternative for those who wish to attend Beauty Fair - Professional Beauty International Fair coming from outside São Paulo.

Groups are groups of people of at least 30 professionals or retailers of the beauty segment who live outside São Paulo and, together, attend the Beauty Fair by bus or microbus, organized by a leader.

Beauty Fair doesn’t charge tickets from the professionals who come by groups, what we ask for in return is that the organizer commits to bring only the target-public of the event in their groups, ensuring the continuation of the benefit.

Benefits of the Groups

Anticipate registration centralized by the organizer;
Exclusive entrances and exits to the event;
Free and exclusive locker for those who go by group and the organizers (only in the group area);
Chemical toilets at the unloading area;
Up to 30% discount on the sales of the workshops and congresses, which must be paid by the organizer at the purchase by quantity and in advance.

Regulation

It is not allowed the registration of people under 16.
It is under the group’s organizer’s responsibility to rent the bus, or the minibus, airline tickets and accommodation (when needed), and other expenses, like parking, feeding, tours, etc.
The amount of the price of the group must be paid directly to the organizer, whereas the tickets to the workshops and congresses must be bought directly from Beauty Fair. Click here.
We only consider as groups the groups that come from outside the Great São Paulo.
The project is exclusive to Beauty Professionals. Students must check if the institution is already a partner of the event.
